Running Determesh needs other companies. The AI has to run somewhere, email has to be delivered by somebody, and the website has to be served. Each of these companies can, in the course of its job, touch personal data that belongs to a company using Determesh, or to us. That makes them subprocessors, and this is the whole list.
It is published rather than offered on request because a company deciding whether to trust us with its users' data should see who else is in the chain before it asks.

The AI models. Receives the parts of a conversation the AI needs to work out an answer: the message, the conversation so far or a summary of it, passages from the company's documents, what the company's systems returned, and the user's note on how they like to be answered.

Delivers the emails Determesh sends: account emails, and emails a company's systems ask Determesh to send. Sees the recipient's address and the contents of the message.
Telegram Messenger · global
Carries messages between a company's Telegram bot and its users, where a company connects one. Sees those messages, as with any Telegram chat.
Amazon Web Services · United States (us-east-1) and its global network
Serves this website and the control panels, carries traffic to the API through its network, and runs our DNS and certificates. Requests to the API pass through it on their way to our servers.
Hetzner Online GmbH · Helsinki, Finland
Runs our contact form gateway, and the service that checks email addresses before we send to them and receives our email provider's bounce reports. Sees what is sent through the contact form, the addresses being checked, and the addresses that bounced.

The bot check on the contact form. Sees the visitor's address and what their browser tells the check, and nothing from inside any account.

Holds the source code and runs the website's deployments. Sees no personal data: nothing of yours is in a repository.
Finding the right passage in a company's documents needs their text turned into vectors. That runs on our own servers, with a model we run ourselves, so the documents are not sent anywhere for it.
The systems a company connects, its APIs, databases and mailbox, are the company's own choice and its own suppliers, not ours.
Before a new company starts handling a company's data, this page changes and we write to every company it affects. You are told rather than expected to notice.
If you object to one, tell us. We cannot run Determesh without an AI model provider and a mail provider, so an objection to one doing that job is a reason for a conversation, and possibly for you to leave, not something we will pretend to work around.
